Details :

The current HKSMM4 was published in 2005. During past years, there are numerous changes in the construction method and procurement practice. While some of SMM Committee members opine that the current HKSMM4 needs a complete revamp and update to deal with modern practices, the majority of members also express that based on the past experience, the preparation of a new SMM would take considerable time and therefore, as an interim measure, it would be desirable to quickly issue an amendment to the current HKSMM4 first. In this CPD event, Sr Dr. Ho will introduce the proposed amendments and would also like to hear any suggestions or comments from stakeholders.
