Thomas has over 20 years post-qualification experience in Hong Kong and in the PRC, specialising in valuation, land matters advisory and property sales/letting negotiation.
The speaker will give an outline of valuation as a mandatory question in the written APC, and will go through the principles behind the various methods of valuation as well as some practical issues for valuation surveyors in practice. This course is an integral part of the APC Revision Program and candidates who intend to sit for the coming APC are advised to attend.
