The One, formerly known as Tung Ying Building is located at the heart of TST, one of the busiest district in Kowloon Peninsula.
This Project is full of programme and site logistic challenges, whereby only very limited time is remained after the structure is topped out.
In addition, the critical plant rooms are located at the mechanical floors on Level 14 and L15. Timely completion of the Works is a must before FSD and OP inspection.
Implementation of TTM in different stages for the external works and material handling is challenging in order to ensure the traffic is not adversely affected.
Participants are encouraged to wear safety shoes. Safety helmet will be provided by the site, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
