Mr. Siu will give an outline of rating valuation whereas Mr. Tang will continue with the remaining topics on valuation which is a mandatory question in the written APC. Both speakers will go through the principles behind the various methods of valuation as well as some practical issues for valuation surveyors in practice. This course is an integral part of the APC Revision Program and candidates who intend to sit for the coming APC are advised to attend.
