ANNOUNCEMENT: Special Operation Hours and Working Arrangement for the HKIS Office (10 to 22 February 2020)

The special work arrangement for the HKIS Office has been reviewed by the General Council.
Whilst maintaining the need to safeguard the health of HKIS staff and to minimise the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus in the community, it has been considered that some counter services (even if not a full one) should be provided for ensuring the smooth operation and services to members.
It is announced that the HKIS Head Office (Hong Kong) will resume counter service for the period from 10 February (Monday) to 22 February (Saturday) with the operation hours adjusted as follows:-
11.30 am to 6.00 pm on Monday to Friday
9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday (unchanged)
For the Beijing Office, the work from home arrangement will be extended until 22 February 2020.
Members are advised to wear his/her own surgical mask and take body temperature when come to the HKIS Office. (No surgical masks will be provided from the HKIS Office)
