In this seminar, Ms NG, Mr CHOW and Mr SZE will go through the background, the purpose and the requirements under the Fire Safety (Commercial Premise) Ordinance Cap. 502 and the Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance Cap. 572 aiming to give an overview of the ordinances.



In particular, the speakers will also talk about how to comply with the fire direction issued by the BD and the common difficulties that the owners would encounter in submitted the improvement proposals. Some examples under the flexible and pragmatic approach adopted by FSD, including installation of Improvised Sprinkler System in existing buildings.  There will be an Q&A session, if time permits.
