As the Year of Rat begins, I wish all members and their families a very Happy Chinese New Year and good health.

This year will be full of challenges for PFM practitioners. Not only our members have to manage the increasing complexity of their properties internally, the profession is also facing the frequent social activities close or impending to our managed properties externally and the outbreak of novel coronavirus storm has also spread to our living environment.
