Update on the Progress of the Property Management Services Bill
The Home Affairs Department (HAD) submitted a paper to the Legislative Council Panel on Home Affairs on 6 December 2013. As a result, a Property Management Services Bill (hereafter the Bill), which calls for property management companies (PMCs) that provide property management services to be subject to mandatory licencing, has been proposed.
