详情	:	Gathering Point : 10:15am at G/F of Lui Seng Chun, No. 119 Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon Lui Seng Chun was built in 1931 under the ownership of Mr. Lui Leung. The ground floor of the building was occupied by a Chinese bone-setting medicine shop named “Lui Seng Chun” while the upper floors became living quarters for members of the Lui family. It has been left vacant since 1980 and the ownership of the building was transferred to the Government in 2003. The building has been deteriorating and, hence, requires maintenance from time to time. In 2008, the Government invited NPOs to apply for adaptive re-use of selected government-owned historic buildings in the form of social enterprise (SE) under the Revitalization Scheme. Lui Seng Chun is a typical ‘Tong-lau’ (Chinese tenement) building,featuring deep verandahs and a stone plaque bearing the Chinese name of themedicine shop at the top of the building. The building has been accorded a Grade 1 status by the Antiquities Advisory Board (AAB) in recognition of its architectural merit and the historical significance of the site. HKBU was selected by the Government to undertake the preservation and revitalization works to adapt Lui Seng Chun into the HKBU Chinese Medicine and Healthcare Centre for the promotion of Chinese medicine.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
