讲师	:	Ms Marian Kwok, HKIA, Registered Architect, Authorized Person (Architect), PMP, Senior Project Manager of AECOM Asia Co Ltd Sr Chris Fung, FHKIS, FRICS, MCIArb, RPS(QS), PMP, Executive Director of AECOM Asia Co Ltd Ms Kwok is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP), Registered Architect and Authorized Person (Architect) with over 14 years experience in project management and architectural practice. In addition to the newly completed Zero-Carbon Building, Ms Kwok’s project management profile covers the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Expansion and the on-going HK$8 billion United Christian Hospital Expansion. Sr Fung is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and an accredited PMP, with over 25 years experience in quantity surveying and more focus in project management practice in the last decade. Sr Fung performs a pivotal role in leading the project and cost management arm of AECOM and has witnessed the project life cycle of Science Park Phase 2 from cradle to grand opening by acting as the Project Manager throughout.

详情	:	In this talk, the speakers will share their experience and knowledge on the following: - What is Project Management? - Attributes of a Project Manager. - Common tools and techniques for Project Management. - Adaptations of Architect/QS to become a Professional Project Manager. - Case studies of Project Management for Zero-Carbon Building and Science Park Phase 2.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
