讲师	:	Chi Lo, Senior Economist, BNP Pariba Mr. LO is currently a Senior Economist at BNP Paribas Investment Partners (Asia) Ltd. Before joining BNP Paribas, Chi was CEO at HFT Investment Management (HK) Ltd and Head of Overseas Investment and Chief Economist at Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited. He is the author of eight books and has published research work in international periodicals and newspapers, and appeared as commentator on international media and speaker at international seminars by the Asian Development Bank, International Monetary Fund and the World Economic Forum. Before working in Asia, Mr. Lo was an economic advisor to the Canadian Treasury in Canada. His other experience includes international research firms in North America, regulatory bodies for securities trading in Toronto and London, and blue-chip international investment banks in America, England and Asia.

详情	:	Is China’s property market really a bubble? •What are the factors driving its property prices over time? •What have changed that have prompted a market correction? •How will the correction pan out – a 60% or more price collapse, just like in the US during the subprime crisis? •What is the impact on the economy and the banking system? •Who else in the world will be affected by a property-induced economic slowdown in China?

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
