讲师	:	Mr. Kenny CHIEN, Vice-President – China, cherrypicks Kenny CHIEN is a veteran ICT industry player in China with over 20 years of experience in China businesses and a pioneer of ISP service in China. Kenny is also the Vice President of the Internet Professional Association (iProA), the Vice-Chairman & Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong Software Industry Association (HKSIA), the Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong United Youth Association, and a Council Member of Fu Hong Society. He pioneered in advocating the adoption of electronic health records in the territory and is the Vice President and co-founder of the eHealth Consortium, an NGO comprised of major professional organizations from both IT and healthcare industries.

详情	:	Exploration and smart application of IT has become an edge to the Property and Facility Management. The talk aims to introduce and share the latest mobile technologies and trends in O2O, AR and iBeacons, and their applications in large scale properties. It would emphasize user experience designs and the considerations when developing a smart mobile experience for properties. With disruptive Online-to-Offline (O2O) solutions and patent-pending product and technology inventions, cherrypicks is well recognized as the industry leader in both information, Communications and Technology (ICT) and Digital Marketing industry and have represented Hong Kong and China in many world stages. Cherrypicks has won over 100 local and global awards and recognitions in the past four years. Cherrypicks is a proud developer of the mobile apps and webs for major global clients such as HSBC, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, MTR, Cathay Pacific, Unilever, Cartier, Estée Lauder, Hennessey of LVMH Group, Prudential and Bank of China (Hong Kong). Its own coupon entertainment platform iButterfly has landed 13 countries and regions with over 200 million butterfly coupons distributed. Cherrypicks has applied for over 20 patents in mobile and O2O technologies and innovations. In June 2014, cherrypicks announced a strategic merger of its solution business with NetDragon Websoft Inc. while keeping its product business.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
