详情	:	Itinerary: 09:45 a.m.– Registration 10:00 a.m. – educational talks for understanding the ageing process and the changes to the elders' mind and body 10:30 a.m. - Site walk Conceptual design of residential units for elderly (e.g. bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, etc.) Furniture & Equipment and aids suitable for the elderly Building services installation suitable for the elderly (e.g. sensor, emergency call bell, etc.) Skilled care materials suitable for the elderly (e.g. tiles, handrails, etc.) 12:00 noon – Group photo & dismiss (The scheduled time may change to suit the actual conditions on the visit date.) This technical visit will lead you to learn the design and consideration of the Age-Friendly Home, which is a home suitable for the elderly in terms of environment, aging process and lifestyle, ensuring a safe and comfortable living in the elderly later years. Also, there would be three basic design elements for Age-Friendly Home - safety, barrier free and convenience.
备注	:	FULL (NO WALK IN AVAILABLE) Closing date: 21 January 2017 Visit on 4 February 2017 will be same as 11 March 2017. Member would be allowed to select either one date. Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to Elderly Resource Centre. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
