详情	:	Leveraging on its strategic gateway position, Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is able to reach over 190 destinations and half of the world’s population within 5-hour flight time. Additionally, riding on the planned commissioning of the Three Runway System (“3RS”) of (HKIA) around 2024, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (“HZMB”), the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link (“TMCLKL”), together with the existing Airport Express Line (“AEL”) railway and North Lantau Highway (NLH), HKIA will also become a regional multi-modal transportation hub with its expanded market catchment to over 66 million population and a gross domestic product of HK$ 10 trillion within a 2-hour drive to the Big Bay Area of China. With the policy support of the Government, and the primary objective of the Authority in reinforcing HKIA’s status as an international and regional aviation centre and contributing to the economic growth of Hong Kong, the visionary SKYCITY of HKIA is strategically positioned at the centre of this expanded catchment area and is poised to become a world-class destination in this regional multi-modal transportation hub to create unparalleled new business opportunities, life style and experience and expand the commercial catchment and trade flows of Hong Kong.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
