讲师	:	Professor Winco K.C. Yung has 35 years of experience in both academia and industry with engineering and management responsibilities. He is currently a Professor in the Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) Department at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Professor Yung currently holds and has held various positions in public office, including Appointed Member of the Assessment Panel for the Enterprise Support Scheme under Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) of HKSAR, Appointed Member of the Assessment Panel for the SERAP under Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) of HKSAR, Member of the Stakeholders’ Group of HKQAA, the Founding Director of Hong Kong Electronics Packaging and Manufacturing Services Association (HKEPMSA), Honorary Advisor of The Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association (HKPCA), Council member of HKIE, Appointed Member of Qualification & Membership Board, Chairman of MI Discipline Advisory Panel of HKIE, Past Chairman of MIE Division of HKIE, External Assessor of Environment and Conservation Fund of The Hong Kong SAR Government, Appointed member of the Technology Review Panel of Information and Communication Technology R&D Centre of ASTRI, Invited Member of Admission Panel of the Technology Business Incubation Programme of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), and Invited Honorary Advisor of Institute of Supply Management, Pearl River Delta (ISM, PRD). He is an elected Fellow of HKIE, and also an elected Fellow of HKAAST.

详情	:	There are increasing efforts to promote E-waste collection and recycling in various stakeholders including district outlets, public collection sites and offices. However, the efficiency and traceability of E-waste collection and recycling are yet to be enhanced. To study the application of latest RFID technology on E-waste collection and recycling with an aim to improve their efficiency and traceability. The project would also include showcases in selected stakeholders.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
