讲师	:	Ms. Ame M. Engelhart Director of SOM Asia Limited Ms. Ame M. Engelhart is an accomplished architect and urban designer focused on the design of cities, districts, and large, complex architectural projects. With her background in both architecture and urban planning, she brings together the design skills and ambitions of both disciplines to develop holistic plans for urban centers and communities. Ms. Engelhart creatively addresses challenges and opportunities emerging from established and developing cities in Asia. She is dedicated to promoting the fundamental principles of livability and sustainability, and approaches each design project with respect to the unique social, economic, environmental and geographic conditions inherent in each city and site. She directs high-visibility, forward-facing projects that strategically define or redefine important places, positioning them for enduring growth.

详情	:	The Greater Bay Area has been a feature of a number of China’s national strategies, including the Vision and Action on Jointly Building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 13th Five-Year Plan. The Greater Bay Area’s city cluster will extend across Hong Kong, Macau and nine Pearl River Delta (PRD) cities. In order to future advance the initiative, the State Council promulgated the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macau Greater Bay Area on 18th February 2019, mapping out the development plan for the Greater Bay Area. In this event, Ms. Engelhart will share with us her experience in the urban design and planning in the cities in the Greater Bay Area.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
