讲师	:	1) Ir Sr Henry W. H. NG CEng, CEnv, CPEng, RPE, MHKIE, MHKIS, FCIBSE, FCIOB, FCInstCES, FHKICM, FIEAust, MICE, MIMechE, BEAM Pro, RCx Pro, PMP (Tier 1) Henry is a Chartered Engineer, Registered Professional Engineer (RPE), licensed plumber, and trainer of water safety plan for buildings courses since 2018. He has trained over 500 Qualified Persons in this field. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to the renowned Institution of Plumbing. 2) Mr WONG Ping Fai Mr. Wong Bing Fai has over 20 years of experience in the field of water engineering, including design, construction, and management. He specializes in application for water supply (i.e. water meter applications). WONG is the Former Chairman of Plumbing Technology Student Association who over 3,000 members included over 1,000 Licensed Plumber, he is also the Chairman of Plumbing Technology Professionals Association. He also nominated as the member of Advisory Board on Licensing of Plumbers by Water Supplies Department and member of Course Advisory Panel on Plumbing & Pipe-fitting by Construction Industry Council.

详情	:	This seminar is organized to cover the following topics: The Water Safety Plan for buildings provides a systematic and effective management framework for the internal water supply system of a building. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing appropriate control measures, conducting regular inspections, patrols, and maintenance of the internal water supply system, as well as conducting regular reviews and evaluations of the Water Safety Plan. 备注	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. To register, please complete the CPD registration form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat. HKIS members only

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
