详情	:	Tentative itinerary would be as follows: - 9:20am – Gathering at Long Ping MTR Station 9:30am – Depart from gathering point and go to the site by coach 10:00am – Company Introduction Saint-Gobain company introduction 10:10am – Weber Systems Introduction & Applications Diagnosis of deterioration of concrete Identification of defects, evaluation and development of remedial action Waterproofing system (features of waterproofing materials) Concrete repair and applications Q & A 10:40am – Factory & Warehouse Tour Operation Manager explain the full model of production system Packing line visiting Warehouse tour 11:20am – Laboratory Tour & Product Demonstration Introduction of laboratory facilities Product application demonstration (Waterproofing and Repair Mortar) 11:50am – Group Photo 12:00pm – Depart from site and return to Long Ping MTR Station 12:30pm – Arrive Long Ping MTR Station Applicant should wear personal protection equipment (Non-slip shoes and long trousers)
备注	:	Online registration is accepted for this CPD event. A completed [1] Standard Reservation Form and [2] Declaration Form is required for offline registration. First-come-first-served. Successful registrants will not receive an email confirmation and the event details UNLESS completing the Declaration Form and payment. Once the reservation is made, the reservation fee is non-refundable. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the gathering point. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. Latecomers will NOT be picked up and will NOT be allowed to join the visit.

HKIS members only

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
