Meeting with the Fire Services Department on the Proposed Registered Fire Engineer (RFE) Scheme
We mentioned the proposed RFE scheme in the last issue of Surveyors Times. In order to encourage building professionals to express their views on this topic, LegCo Councillor, the Hon Tony Tse, arranged a meeting on 23 December 2015 among the Fire Services Department (FSD), HKIS, HKIA, and BD Local Building Surveyors Association.
