詳情	:	Traditional industrial areas have been evolving as new business hubs. Revitalization of industrial buildings is not only a market movement, but also brings solutions for safety use of premises and unifies mixed users in industrial blocks. Under the policy of revitalizing industrial properties, qualified buildings may capture the incentive of nil waiver fee through wholesale conversion. Being an active player in industrial market for over two decades, Mr James Siu is the Head of the Kowloon office of Savills (Hong Kong) Limited. He specializes in major industrial investment deals and concluded the transaction of Tsuen Wan Development Site in HK$875M in late 2010, which is the largest industrial site transaction in Hong Kong. Mr Raymond Pun is experienced in asset management and enhancement. He advises investors to grasp this treasure opportunity and concluded whole block investment transactions in Kowloon East and Kwai Chung. James and Raymond will share their market intelligence with members and analyze industrial investment market under the light of revitalization policy. The sharing will be illustrated by practical case studies. The speakers will also share their successful experience in dealing with strata-title ownership, which is well recognized as a hurdle of revitalization.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
