詳情	:	Itinerary : 9:15am – Gathering at Kowloon Bay MTR Station (Exit A) 12:30pm – Dismiss (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) OTIS is the world’s largest manufacturer of lifts (elevators), escalators and moving walkways with over 150 years experience and global presence in 200 countries. Today Otis Elevator Company (H.K.) Limited ("Otis (H.K.)") employs more than 1,100 professionals to provide service in Hong Kong and Macau. Otis (H.K.)’s Service Headquarters located in Kowloon Bay is designed to provide interactive demonstrations on lift and escalator solutions. The programme of this visit will include a tour to the demonstration room of Otis (H.K.). Members will be allowed to see the maintenance system demonstration. Various departmental managers of Otis (H.K.) will also brief us basic understanding, technology, green solutions and requirements of lift system. After the visit, members can obtain an overview of latest lift products and technology, have a clear understanding on installation and maintenance capabilities of a lift and escalator service provider and how these solutions add value to building services management.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
