Due to spinal injuries, Mr. Girard is unable to participate as originally intended to the scheduled date. The event will be postponed till further announcement. Unless otherwise requested, your payment will be kept by the HKIS office till another event date is rescheduled.  If any member is unable to agree with the new arranged date after announcement, you may write an email to [email protected] requesting for refund. John's presentation covers the subject of CHANGE being the only constant and how it effects Hotel Management in particular.  A light hearted and animated presentation designed to keep the audience involved.  John will take Q&A at the end of the show.
John is Maltese, from the Mediterranean Island of Malta.  He has operated hotels in 18 countries from as far away as South America all the way to the Middle East and Australia.  He has spent the last 25 years in Hong Kong with SINO Hotels, Marco Polo Hotels and now Regal Hotels.  He has a passion for Service Delivery excellence and loves and lives life to the fullest.
His mentor / idol / guide is Steve Jobs who has inspired him all the way! He first arrival in Hong Kong in 1970.

We are pleased to inform you that our guest speaker Mr. Girard has recovered from his injuries.  We have rearranged the event to be held on 20th December 2012 at 7 pm – 8:30 pm at Surveyors Learning Centre, Suite 811.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session please kindly email [email protected] requesting for refund.  Refund requests submitted after 17 Dec 2012 will not be processed and your payment will be settled.  In addition, please note we will not be re-issuing another receipt for the new date, kindly use the issued receipt for attendance record.
