講師	:	Ir Tsang Ping Chiu, Paco, Vice President of HKIVM Ir Lillian Chan, Secretary of HKIVM Ir Tsang is a Chartered Civil Engineer by profession with more than 30 years’ experience in construction industry. He is a past President of Hong Kong Mediation Centre, Founding Director of Joint Mediation Helpline Office. Currently, he is a council member of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and Hong Kong Institute of Value Management. He is a certified VM facilitator and he is also an accredited mediator of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Hong Kong Mediation Centre. He has substantial experience in conducting VM workshops for Government Departments. Ir Lillian is a Chartered Engineer and has a BSc degree in Production Engineering and Production Management at University of Nottingham, UK. She has more than 12 years’ experience in delivery of partnering, risk and value management workshops for project team and 25 years experience in business improvement consultancy, training and coaching for leadership services. She has facilitated over 200 workshops and is also actively involved in coaching, cost saving study and business process improvement projects. She is an Associate Value Specialist (AVS) with Society of American Value Engineers, Register Corporate Coach (RCC) & Certified Business Coach (CBC) of WABC and Certified Facilitator of Facilitator U of USA.

詳情	:	This seminar provides an overview of Value Management , the speaker will demonstrate how to apply Value Management to your daily life:- Would you like to know how VM affects your daily life? Would you like to know the process of VM? Would you like to have a taste using VM techniques for determining an informed decision? In this seminar, if you are willing to have a try, you may have a chance to help yourself choose a wise option.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
