講師	:	Mr. Mark Lyddon, Director of Infrastructure, Turner & Townsend Brechin Mark has worked in the construction industry for over seventeen years and has based in Hong Kong since 2013. He has worked with a variety of infrastructure clients, across the transportation and utility sectors. He has spent a significant time working with the UK’s water companies. He has managed teams of consultants to provide procurement strategy advice, Project Management roles and commercial support to clients operating the NEC contracts. Mr. Ian Heaphy, Procurement Director, Turner & Townsend Brechin Ian has over 18 years’ experience across the industry, including water, LNG, oil & gas, petro-chemical, aviation, rail, highways, building and IT equipment installation and software development. He has been involved with the NEC for over 15 years and has supported government departments, major clients and international contractors deliver the benefits of the NEC forms of contract and target cost / cost reimbursable procurement strategies and has provided expert advice and acted as an independent expert on NEC matters. He has also provided training and support to users in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong, and produced numerous papers on the NEC.

詳情	:	Following successful trails of the NEC in Hong Kong, various government departments have decided to use NEC3 contracts generally for more government contracts tendered in 2015/16. As with any contract form the success of their use is underpinned by a clear understanding of how they should be operated so as to maximise their benefits and avoid many of the pitfalls that a user unfamiliar with their content can fall into. These issues will be dealt with in this talk.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
