詳情	:	行程： 9:15 am – 於深圳羅湖車站集合 9:30 am – 於深圳出發到玻璃製造及加工廠 10:15 am – 參觀玻璃製造及加工廠及進行技術交流 12:30 pm – 午膳 3:00 pm – 於深圳羅湖車站解散 (The scheduled time may be changed so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit) Established in 2000, South Star Glass Limited (“SSG”) is one of the major Facade Glass suppliers at Hong Kong and China. SSG have supplied glass for a lot of famous brands, like Cartier, Chanel, D&G, Dior, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Omega, Rolex, Tiffany and Zegna. Besides, Facade Glass, SSG also supplies Architectural Glass and Decorative Glass in Hong Kong & China. The factory of SSG located at Qingxi Town, Donggang City, occupied over 14,000 sq.m.  Its max production size of tempered glass, heat soak test and laminated glass is approx.. 3,300 x 7,000mm.   Mr Patrick WONG will explain the glass manufacturing process, quality assurance, testing procedures and equipment newly installed to our members.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
