講師	:	Sr Andrew Woo Sr Andrew Woo is an Associate Director of Raymond Chan Surveyors Limited (RCSL). RCSL was set up by Sr Raymond Y.M. Chan in 1989. It was one of the pioneer surveying firms established locally in Hong Kong providing full range of property consultancy services. RCSL has since grew strong as a result of its outstanding performance, exceptional client satisfaction received and high respect in its field from clients and peers. It has also gathered a lot of experience in managing projects of new development, renovation, improvement, alteration and refurbishment works of existing buildings, licensing consultancy etc. of various kinds of property.

詳情	:	“The Pottinger Hong Kong” won the Grand Award and was the winner of Major A&A and Renovation Works category in Building Surveyor Awards 2015. Raymond Chan Surveyors Limited was appointed by Sino Land Company Limited to provide full packaged of diversified professional services including acting as authorized person and licencing consultant for this hotel conversion project at Queen’s Road Central. The office building was successfully transformed into a 4.5-star hotel with 68 luxury guestrooms. Asset value of the building was greatly enhanced after completion of refurbishment, alterations and additions works. “The Pottinger Hong Kong” also was the winner of Asia Best City Boutique Hotel Award 2014 and GRADINI (the hotel restaurant) won the award of 100 Top Tables of 2015 of SCMP.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
