講師	:	Ms. Lo Wai Yee, Bibian [BBA (Hons), F.G.A., MHKMC] Ms. Lo, holder of Bachelor degree in BA, is a panel member of Hong Kong China Mediation Expert (中港調解專家) of Hong Kong Mediation Centre (“HKMC”), Restorative Conference Facilitator, and is the Coach of Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (“HKMAAL”) and Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau Mediation Alliance Mediator Training Courses. She has been a Council member of HKMC, Chairperson of HKMC Education and Professional Training Committee and a member of the HKMC Strategic Development Steering Committee. She is actively seeking to raise public awareness to mediation as alternative means to litigation, and to promote mediation services to the wider public. She has conducted various talks to District Council, professional bodies, management institutions etc. She also acted as coach for over a hundred students in mediation courses. She is the President of the Association Beyond Mediation (調解無界限), an association aiming at extending coverage of mediation services to general public, and exploring further means of dispute resolution. Ms. Lo is experienced in interior design and construction. She has been working in the interior design and construction industry for 8 years, responsible for project cost control, finance and executive management. She handled projects for famous international companies such as Oracle, Samsung and Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy. Ms. Lo is also an expert in gemstone grading and identification, and is a Fellow member of The Gemmological Association of Great Britain.

詳情	:	The speaker would like to share her experience with the participants on mediation and negotiation skill. The speaker will present her talk in Cantonese with Chinese power point. The topics of the talk in Chinese are stated as below. 講座內容:- 常見的工程管理衝突及處理爭議的方法談判技巧與致勝之道調解與談判的關係調解員的專業特質、工作及功能工程個案分享

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
