詳情	:	Kai Tak Cruise Terminal (KTCT) is an important tourism infrastructure project and is key to developing Hong Kong into a regional cruise hub in Asia and enhancing our city’s position as a prime tourist destination. Situated on a site of 7.6 ha at the southern end of the former runway at the Kai Tak Development, the KTCT offers a vision for Hong Kong's future as a water gateway to the city, as well as being a symbol of its dynamic and innovative character. Itinerary: 09:50 am – Gather at taxi stand (outside Exit Hall) on G/F of the Cruise Terminal Building 10:00 am – Site Walk [As the visit will route through the restricted areas in the KTCT, temporary permits for visitors are required. Successful participants would be requested to provide their full names and I.D. card numbers (letter + first four digits) for permit application. The scheduled time and route may change to suit actual site conditions on the date of the visit.] During the visit, the speaker will give a brief outline on the building design and special features of this iconic building, as well as the challenges it faces since the opening of its First Berth in June 2013.
備註	:	FULL Closing Date: 15 April 2016 1. Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. 2. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the gathering point inside the Cruise Terminal Building. 3. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. 4. First-come-first-served with duly completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment. 5. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
