詳情	:	Itinerary: 10:00am - Registration at Main Entrance at G/F of EMSD Headquarters, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon 10:05am - Tour around the “Energy Efficiency Exhibition Gallery”at EMSD Headquarters Departure from EMSD Headquarters 10:15am - KTDCS North Plant lobby - Introduction of the scope and major equipment of the KTDCS, Safety briefing to visitors 10:45am - EMSD DCS project video, brief introduction for KTDCS and Q&A 11:45am - Introduction of the operation and control system at Control Room 12:05nn - Tour around chiller plant area 12:25pm - Group photo (The scheduled time may change so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit.) District Cooling System (DCS) is a large scale centralized air-conditioning system which provides chilled water to user buildings for air-conditioning purpose. Chilled water is produced at central DCS plants and then distributed to user buildings via water piping network. To further promote energy efficiency and conservation, the Government is implementing a district cooling system at the Kai Tak Development. The KTDCS is the first project of its kind being implemented by the Government in Hong Kong. This technical visit will lead you to the North Plant of the KTDCS and its E&M installations which include chillers, pumps and other DCS equipment
備註	:	FULL Closing date: 25 June 2016 Visit on 11 June 2016 will be same as 9 July 2016. Member would be allowed to select either one date. Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to EMSD Headquarters. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. First-come-first-served with duly completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
