詳情	:	Itinerary : 9:00 am - Gathering at Kam Sheung Road West Rail Station 9:15 am – Depart from Kam Sheung Road West Rail Station 9:45 am – Talk and visit at tower crane yard 12:45 pm –Depart from tower crane yard 1:10 pm – Lunch at Yuen Long 2:30 pm – Dismiss at On Ning Road, Yuen Long (The scheduled time may be changed so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit.) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) Manta Engineering & Equipment Co., Ltd. (Manta) is principally engaged in the tower cranes and mast-climbing work platforms businesses, serving primarily the construction and infrastructure sectors in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Vietnam. Manta’s principal businesses are the rental and trading of tower cranes, trading of mast-climbing work platforms and provision of maintenance service for tower cranes. It has been operating in Hong Kong since 1975 and in Singapore since 1997. This event will visit the tower crane yard of Manta. The operation of tower crane erected at the yard will be demonstrated. The speakers will also share their experiences on the following technical knowledge and market information of tower crane. Types and selection of tower crane Former and Latest tower crane products Installation, maintenance, operation and dismantling of tower crane Indicative cost information of tower crane
備註	:	FULL (NO WALK IN AVAILABLE) Postponed from 22 October 2016 Closing date: 8 October 2016 Same Visit as the one held on 25 June 2016. Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. Please equip with your own non-slip shoes. Latecomers will NOT be picked up. After the visit, we will include a gathering lunch at Yuen Long so as to allow our members to share their experiences.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
