詳情	:	Under the reciprocity agreement entered into between HKIS and CIREA, about 200 members attained the qualification of CIREA. The 3^rd reciprocity agreement is under preparation. This is a joint CPD event held by HKIS, CIREA (中國房地產估價師與房地產經紀人學會) and SAREA (深圳市不動產估價行業協會)for the sharing and exchange of insight of the profession. ANOTHER joint CPD event will be organized by HKIS/CIREA tentatively at late September and will be regarded as 1-year aggregate mainland experience for application for reciprocity to CIREA. Details will be announced in due course. Valuation has long been one of the core and competent business of our members. In response to the fast changing world and the emergence of digitalized era, a wide spectrum of services offered and the advancement of our professional work are considered essential. In the seminar, we have invited representative from the institutes and association to share with us their experience and expertise in these areas. The speakers include: Dr. Cai Jiang – 中國房地產估價師與房地產經紀人學會副會長兼秘書長柴強博士 Mr. Wang Jun – 中國土地估價師與土地登記代理人協會秘書長王軍先生 Mr. Wang Bao – 深圳市不動產估價行業協會會長王波先生 Mr. Chen Jin Song – 世聯地產董事長陳勁松先生 Another practitioner in the real estate industry: Sr CK Lau – President of HKIS Sr KK Chiu – Chairman of GPD Council of HKIS Sr Thomas Lam – Member of CAA Reciprocity Working Group of GPD Council of HKIS

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
