He plays a proactive role in the Proptech industry, especially on exploring the potential applications of blockchain in the real estate sector. He highly involves in the industry development by having partnerships with proptech companies in the US and Europe, delivering talk in seminars and conferences, writing book and commentary articles on proptech development, etc. He is the Excellent Young Achiever of the Year 2015 in RICS Awards He is also a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Crowe Horwath (HK) Consulting and Valuation Limited, which is a boutique real estate advisory firm that serve the clients in the Greater China Region for real estate financing, investment and valuation.

詳情	:	OneHouse.hk (搵樓易) and Auction.OneHouse.hk (搵樓易拍賣), a new tech startup with its PropTech concept and incubation company of Hong Kong Science Park Incubation Program, has raised a 7-digit Hong Kong dollar from angel investors recently. Its business model, Uber Model for Agent and the 1st and Only Online Auction of Car Park, are widely acclaimed and reported by media including HKET, Economic Digest and Cable TV. Property Seeding （房產種子） is a real estate crowdfunding startup that highly integrated with the blockchain and smart contract infrastructure. Property Technology or “PropTech”, a term nowadays commonly used, is an emerging sector in the technology space where entrepreneurs, incubators, accelerators, and now corporate property players are looking for technology that making improvements on the ways dealing with the property. The property sector is getting its dose of the so-called digital "disruption", especially on the property sales, agency, transaction, mortgage and financing. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
