詳情 :

Knowledge and experience are the key elements of success in Surveying Practice. While both of them can be enriched by self-learning, sharing experience from others can also be an effective way of enhancing our capability.

In the talk, Sr William Ho would like to share his bitter experience with encouragement and positive energy in connection with the following:

  1. Don’t trap yourself - stereotype illusion, approval vs apagoge
  2. Time management - priority, holistic management
  3. Self-defense - with limited resources, protect ourselves from trouble
  4. Networking – friend, partner, counterpart
  5. Dignity – How to uphold dignity without spoiling the working relationship when dealing with unreasonable clients
  6. Team building and motivation – an interesting example
  7. Diligence – justification of its absolute necessity
