詳情	:	The renovation project won Sustainability Award and Idea & Approach Award and was the winner of A&A and Conversion category in the Building Surveyor Awards 2017. The renovation project adopted a holistic approach on sustainable design, green construction, environmental friendly operation and maintenance to transform an existing store to a green workplace. BIM was applied from design to operation stage which facilitated the coordination between different disciplines by clash analysis and acted as an O&M manual. The project was successfully completed and highly appreciated by the end users. The success of this project was also highly recognized by the industry and achieved BEAM Plus Interiors (BI) Version 1.0 (Platinum) ; Certificate of Excellence of RICS Awards Hong Kong 2016: Sustainability Achievement of the Year ; and Grand Award of Green Building Award 2016 (Existing Buildings - Interiors). # The HKIS Charitable Foundation (Foundation) was incorporated in April 2014 and is established to provide assistance and financial support to those who are in need or are suffering hardship; to organise, support, promote and engage in non-profit making works and activities for the purpose of assisting the underprivileged, aged, social disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in the community; for the advancement of education and relief of poverty; emergency relief projects etc. The Foundation is an approved charitable institution and exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. "
備註	:	Closing date: 11 November 2017 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
