講師	:	Ir Andy Cheung & Sr Lavinia Lam Ir Andy Cheung, MSc, CEng, RPE, REA, MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE, CEM, CAP, LEED AP, BEAM Pro, BEAM Expert Panel Members Ir Cheung is a green building and sustainability specialist with over 16 years of experience in energy conservation, environmental management and building sustainability. He led the energy, environmental and green building team for Ramboll Environ HK Ltd, the Chinese University of HK and Bank and supervised various sustainable projects and development plans. Andy’s experience includes studies and project works in green building certification, energy management, renewable energy application, energy audit, benchmarking survey, design review, cost-benefit-analysis, indoor air quality and energy awards application. He has additional experience in retrofit projects such as corporate-wide lighting retrofit and building management system retro-commissioning programmes. He is now the Senior Environmental Consultant of Ramboll Environ Hong Kong Limited. Sr Lavinia Lam, MHKIS, MRICS, RPS (QS), MSc Sr Lam is a qualified Quantity Surveyor having over 20 years of experience in leading QS consultancy practices and a wide range of project experiences of difference nature and complexities in both the private and public sectors.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
