9:40 - 10:00	Roles of Planning & Development Surveyors as Project Manager	Sr Edmond Yew (PDD) MSc, LLM, FHKIS, MRICS, RPS(PD), MCIarb, FHKIOD Sr Edmond YM Yew, Senior Vice President of Lai Fung Holdings Ltd., joined Lai Sun Group in 1991 and is responsible for real estate investment and development Projects in Greater China. Sr Yew is the Chairman of the Planning and Development Division, Member of the Executive Committee and General Council of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Sr Yew is also a Board Member of the Surveyors Registration Board (Cap. 417) and the Vice Chairman of the China Committee of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
10:00 - 10:20	Experience Sharing for Portfolio Management	Sr Jeffrey Wong (GPD) BProp, MSc, MHKIS, MRICS, RPS (GP) Sr Jeffrey Wong joined YY Wong Safety Consultants Ltd. in 2016 and is responsible for corporate development and provides strategic advisory for corporate clients. He previously worked at Savills for 10 years and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2004 and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in 2005. Furthermore, he is a Registered Professional Surveyor (GP) and Estate Agent license holder of the Estate Agent’s Authority. Sr Wong was a GPD Council Member in 2013-2017 and Chairman of the Young Surveyors Group (YSG) in 2009-2010.
10:20 - 10:40	A Robust Project Manager with BS Charisma	Sr Lam Wai Keung, Andrew (BSD) MBA, BSc, FHKIS, MRICS, MHKICM, RPS(BS), AP(S), RI(S), BEAM Pro Sr Lam has been working in Hong Kong since his graduation from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1994. He has worked for the private sector for over 20 years including in real estate, public transport, property management, public works contractor and private building consultancy practice. He is currently a Director and Business Line Leader of the Building Consultancy Services at CBRE Limited. As a private building consultant, he often oversees various building projects of different natures and scales from the cradle to the grave, i.e. from inception to implementation including fitting-out works, repair and maintenance, reinstatement, renovation, retrofitting and even new building construction projects.

11:00 - 11:20	The Edge of QS in Project Management Roles	Sr Johnson W L So (QSD) MBA, BSc, FHKIS, FRICS Sr Johnson So is an experienced Fellow working in Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited Special Projects Department. He has been engaging in project management over 20 years. He has led many major mega projects both in HK, PRC and Singapore in project and cost management, such as HK IFC, Singapore ION Orchard, Shanghai ICC, GZ Hong Cheng Plaza (Parc Central), Foshan Developments, etc, and is currently engaged in comprehensive developments, like Shanghai XJH ITC, Shanghai Min hang TOD Town Development.
11:20 - 11:40	Project Management from PFM Perspective	Sr Daniel Hui (PFMD) Chairman of Property Facility and Management Division Sr Hui Wah Lun, Daniel joined The Salvation Army in 1997 as the Property Director to manage and oversee all its properties in Hong Kong and Macau. The Salvation Army is one of the biggest non-government organizations in Hong Kong and comprises of more than 150 services units, including churches, primary & secondary schools, kindergartens, nurseries, elderly homes, elderly centres, integrated services centre for young and families, hotels, etc. Sr Hui is a professional property & facility manager surveyor and building surveyor with extensive experience in projects and facilities management. Sr Hui is now the Chairman of the Property & Facility Management Division of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He has served on various government committees/ panels, including Inspectors Registration Committee & Panel, Minor Works Contractors Registration Committee & Panel, Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings), etc.
11:40 - 12:00	Professional Land Surveyor as Project Manager	Sr T Y Chung (LSD) MHKIS, MRCIS, MICES, Post Dip (GIS) Sr TY Chung is professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years of surveying experience and has specialized expertise in Engineering Surveying. In the past years, he has been heavily participating in and working for various mega infrastructure projects. In particular, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road (HZMB), Wan Chai Development Phase II Central including i) Wan Chai Bypass at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre; ii) Wan Chai Bypass at Wan Chai East; and iii) Wan Chai Bypass Between Expo Drive East and Hung Hing Road Flyover and Associated Works, Sha Tin New Town, Stage II, Deep Bay Link, North Lantau Expressway, etc. Sr Chung will share his experience as the Project Manager on the provision of land surveying services in the HZMB project.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
