Signing Ceremony for the MOU between the Singapore Institute of Planners (SIP) and HKIS-PDD
On 18 October, the SIP and PDD formally agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The President of the HKIS, Sr Dick Kwok and the authorised representative of the SIP signed the agreement. While the SIP shared its planning practices and vision, the HKIS shared Hong Kong’s developmental directions and crucial role in the Greater Bay Area scheme.
