Happy New Year to all fellow members! I wish you and your family a joyful, bright, healthy, prosperous, and happy new year ahead.

It was an honour for me to assume the Chairmanship of the Planning and Development Division last year. With the support of all council members, the PDD successfully signed two important MOUs with the Guangdong City Planning Association (GCPA) and Singapore Institute of Planners (SIP) and organised 18 CPDs and site visits with a particular focus on the planning and development of the Greater Bay Area.
