CPD and PQSL Events

It has been an unusual first month of the lunar year. The outbreak of COVID-19 has impacted HKIS operations. Six CPD and three PQSL events scheduled for February have been postponed because of the outbreak. The QSD also announced the postponement of three CPD and two PQSL events scheduled for March.

I understand the concerns of QSD members, particularly probationers who are required to fulfill their PQSL requirements, as stipulated in the APC Rules & Guide. I am working closely with the CPD and Training sub-committees on a plan to mitigate the impact of this disruption on members. The QSD Council has also decided to provide members with six coupons worth $50 each for CPD and PQSL events.
