PDD CPD: 粵港澳大灣區 產業空間價值研究
On 3 September, Dr Yuen, CEO of 深圳量城科技 有限公司, together with the Guangdong Territorial Spatial Planning Association, shared a recent study of industrial estates in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Analysing the big data with its selfbuilt model, the team reviewed 157 industrial estates in the GBA to determine district value, industry type, innovation, cost, development characteristics, and policy support perspectives. Dr Yuen and her team demonstrated how big data analysis can support city development. The study provided valuable insights into the current development of the region’s industrial estates and will support the long term planning of industrial activities there.
