It is the end of 2022, which has been a year full of changes. Looking forward to 2023, I expect Hong Kong to recover from the pandemic and begin a new chapter. The HKSAR Government released the “Youth Development Blueprint” on 20 December. It outlines the overall vision and guiding principles for the Government’s future youth engagement work and contains over 160 concrete actions and measures to accomplish its plans. I believe that Hong Kong will prosper only when its young people thrive. I hope all members can take advantage of this opportunity to achieve their goals and contribute to their communities!
