Energy Conservation and Green Preservation
I was invited to a seminar organised by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) on 24 March at PolyU. The talk covered the subjects of energy conservation, carbon reduction, tree planting, and green preservation in private properties, in which property management (PM) practitioners play an important role.

Ms Quince Chong, Chief Corporate Development Officer of CLP Power Hong Kong, Ltd, explained how CLP supported the sustainability efforts of property management companies (PMCs). PMSA Chairperson Dr James Wong highlighted the responsibility of PM practitioners to protect the environment by adopting sustainable practices. He also vowed that the PMSA would actively incorporate an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework into future PM industry developments.
