The Division held a CPD event at 7 PM on 29 May in the Surveyors Learning Centre. The topic was “Project Investment Decision Making – Can residual valuation distinguish good and bad development projects?” and the speaker was Sr Trackie Lam Kei San, Property Investment Director, Soundwill Real Estate Agency Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soundwill Holdings, Ltd. About 100 participants attended this event and the results were very encouraging.
