LSGI Welcoming Day 2015
Prof Wenzhong SHI, Chair Professor and Head of the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, invited the HKIS to join the forthcoming LSGI Welcoming Day on 27 August. Similar to previous years, LSGI freshmen attended the Welcoming Day and shared their visions for the future with our Vice Chairman, Dr Conrad TANG. It was a very important opportunity for students to better understand the industry’s professional institutions and professional and industrial information. We aim to build on the students’ interest in this profession and eventually guide them into their careers after graduation.
