Mini Storage and Green Roofs
Our veteran surveyors, Sr David Chan and Sr Vincent Ho, conducted a CPD event on Mini Storage and Green Roofs on 9 September. These hot topics attracted 210 members. David focused on his observations during a recent green roof inspection and discussed some technical concerns over the construction of green roofs. During the second part of the talk, Vincent co-hosted a discussion forum with David to discuss the building and fire safety concerns that have arisen from the fire outbreaks at mini storage facilities.
