Time flies and this is my last Chairman’s Message of my two-year tenure as QSD Chairman.

I am pleased to conclude that the QSD Council has accomplished most of the tasks set out in the 2015 and 2016 Year Plans with the concerted effort of the QSD's Office Bearers, Council Members, Co-opted Members, and Panel Advisors; and the Institute's Secretariat.
