Details	:	Bryan has championed the cause of improvement in Hong Kong projects for 12 years through his work as Director of JCP Consultancy International Ltd., and Committee Member for the Association for Project Management and Institute of Value Management. His skills are in developing and advising on partnering programmes focusing on the development of collaborative business strategies. He has helped more than 100 project teams in Hong Kong including those for: The first NEC pilot project for HK Government - MTRC - Cross Border Express and the other lines going back to Tseung Kwan O Extension - Government projects with ASD, DSD, WSD, HyD and CEDD which include the New Government Headquarters at Tamar and Stonecutters Bridge Prior to JCP, Bryan spent 30 years in the construction and engineering industry starting as a graduate engineer with the contractor George Wimpey before joining Arup as Project. He was Project Manager with overall responsibility for the HK$2BN HAECO aircraft hangar and maintenance facilities at Chek Lap Kok and Tseung Kwan O. Bryan will talk about the benefits and challenges of working within a contracts that support a collaborative style of working. Bryan is currently acting as NEC advisor on the first Government NEC Contract which is now more than half way complete and providing some useful data. He has facilitated partnering relationships for more than 100 project teams in Hong since the MTR Tseung Kwan O Extension in 1999. He is currently helping MTR teams on the Cross Border Express Line and CLP with various collaborative contracts. His company JCP International are helping teams in advanced alliance arrangements in the UK and the Middle East.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
