Details	:	Mr. Wong is a co-founder and CEO of ProjectAIMS, which is a Project Management Solution Provider since 2000. He is responsible for the company? day-to-day operations, as well as leading the product strategy, marketing and sales, customer service and support, and finance and operations functions. Over the last 11 years, Mr. Wong has lead his team to provide a full array of IT solutions and management consulting services to business enterprises that rely on capital works projects to deliver their core business, regardless of the vertical industry. Their solutions are designed to provide project management, collaboration and controls throughout the project life-cycle, supporting project based businesses and professional services firms, including owners, developers, project managers, as well as architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms who provide design and construction services. Shanghai Metro has currently eleven metro lines, 277 stations and over 434 km of tracks in operation, the longest network in the world as of 2011. The system is one of the fastest growing metro systems in the world. Many lines are under construction or planned to be constructed in the near future. According to the latest report, by the end of 2020 the network will comprise 22 lines spanning 877 km. In this CPD, Mr. Wong will share with you: Why Shanghai Shentong Metro Group engaged his company (ProjectAIMS) to carry out a Construction Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) in 2006? What were the deliverables of this consultancy services? Why Shentong further engaged his company to provide the ? Online Collaboration and Project Management System??for managing their mega-program of metro construction for meeting 2010 Expo? target since 2007? 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
