Details	:	Itinerary : 8:45 am – Gathering at Kowloon Tong MTR Station (at Junction of Kent Road and Somerset Road) 9:00 am – Depart from Hong Kong to Foshan 12:30 pm – Lunch 2:00 pm – Factory visit 5:00pm – Depart from Foshan to Shenzhen 7:45 pm – Dismiss at Fu Tian Check Point, Shenzhen (福田口岸) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) Xingfa Aluminium (HK) Ltd. (“Xingfa”) is a local extrusion and aluminium products supplier. Xingfa has its production line in Foshan factory. The factory has a total floor area over 70,000 m2, which offers wide range of extrusion products including PVF2 coating system, etc. This event will visit the aluminium products factory of Xingfa in Foshan. The manufacturing process of aluminium extrusion products (e.g. curtain wall, window, door and cladding, etc.) and the coating (e.g. PVF2 and powder coat, etc.) process for aluminium products will be demonstrated during the visit. The speakers will also introduce the technical knowledge and market information of aluminium products.
Remarks	:	1. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. 2. Please bring valid travel documents. 3. Please equip will your own non-slip shoes. 4. Latecomers will not be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
