Details	:	Itinerary : 9:15 am - Gathering at the main entrance of James Hsioung Lee Science Building (JHLS Building) of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) (please check the location of JHLS Building in the Main Campus of the attached link http://www.maps.hku.hk/) 9:30 am – Briefing and presentation (at G01, JHLS Building of HKU) 10:45 am – Starting of Tour 12:30 pm – Dismiss at HKU (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) To prepare for the new four-year undergraduate curriculum, HKU developed a Centennial Campus on the west of the Main Campus. The construction of the Centennial Campus started in September 2009 and completed in August 2012. The Contract value of the whole package of the project is about HK$ 2 billion. To link the Main Campus with the Centennial Campus, a two-level pedestrian walkway of the University Street was built on top of the existing podium of the old campus. The tour will be guided by HKU’s representatives. The participants will be allowed to visit different areas of the Centennial Campus and University Street. Before the tour, the difficulties for the construction of the Centennial Campus and University Street within the old campus will also be briefed and presented.

First-come-first served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. 4. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
